Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
