Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Bright Staffing is a Miami staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people based in Miami. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
