Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vista Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
