Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 623 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
