Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Quill Health Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
