Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Junction Staffing places workers with employers around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
