Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Corner Medical is a Little Rock company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
