Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Clear Health Group is a healthcare provider in Las Vegas with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
