Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 253 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
