Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Knoxville region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
