Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
