Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
