Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood River Staffing Partners places workers with employers around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
