Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
