Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Summit Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
