Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Orchard Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
