Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Ember Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 249 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
