Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Pike Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
