Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Jackson, MS)

Nova Bright Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
