Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Houston, TX)

Silverline Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Houston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 586 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
