Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Harbor Health is a healthcare provider in Grand Rapids with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
