Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
