Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Fresno region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
