Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Iron Staffing places workers with employers around Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
