Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Birch Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Fresno with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
