Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Vista Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
