Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Auto Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
