Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Field Medical designs and makes medical devices in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
