Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Corner Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
