Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Detroit, MI)

Nova Meadow Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
