Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Cobalt Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
