Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sable Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
