Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Des Moines, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
