Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Dallas with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
