Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

Nova North Staffing places workers with employers around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
