Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Vista Auto Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
