Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Oak Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
