Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Haven Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
