Bright Granite Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
