Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Beacon Auto Group is a Cincinnati company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 817 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
