Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Keystone Health is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records.
