Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Yarrow Health Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
