Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
