Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Birmingham, AL)

Fernwood Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Birmingham serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
