Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Vale Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
