Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Baltimore, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
