Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Baltimore caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
