Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Junction Staffing is a Baltimore staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
