Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Austin, TX)

Silverline Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Austin. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in field inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
