Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Cross Health Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
